However, as a person with a sales background I think that it is essential that sales industries start to make use of social media. Social Media is NOT an an avenue in which to utilize pushy old school sales techniques it is however a place in which you MUST utilize engagement in order to extend your brand exposure.
I started my small free lance New Media Marketing company from the love of mixing traditional marketing strategies with technology focused strategies learned while getting my Masters Degree in Internet Marketing. My background is in technology focused sales and using the incorporation of technology to market products and services.
