#Google, Search, Google+ And The Importance Of #SocialSearch To Your Business [Video]

As business owners in a climate that is ever changing we need ever advantage that we can get, especially in regard to marketing our businesses. Things have really changed drastically within the past two years and it is really almost mind numbing.

I just had a meeting and had a discussion about how fast technology and social media is growing. One of the people in the meeting asked how does one keep up with the super quick pace of technology growth. I explained that as an Internet Marketer you MUST be willing to learn something new every day.

Google+ is the something new that we must all try to wrap our minds around. SERIOUSLY. Google is the master of search and now they are trying to be the master of the Internet by creating an avenue in which you must be involved with Google+ to some degree if you are in business.

Google has now moved full force into Social Search by merging traditional search results with social media results. This is HUGE for anyone in business. A few things you can do to get on board quickly.

Create a Google+ Profile for yourself and your business even if you choose not to be on the platform religiously.
Start using the +1 button, this will add content you’ve +1′d to your Google+ page
Add the +1 button to your blog so that people can easily +1 your content.
